Note: Lodge Stated Meetings at each Lodge are locked- in- dates, therefore, district events shall be scheduled so as to not conflict with Stated Meetings. Once scheduled, District Events should be referred to when planning monthly events at lodges to avoid conflict. All members of the district lodges should be afforded the opportunity to attend scheduled district events and careful planning at the lodge level can ensure this opportunity.
